What data we collect

When you make a booking on taxikrujealbania.al, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup/dropoff location, and — if you allow it — your current location (to find your nearest pickup point faster).

How we use your data

To confirm and organize your trip (driver assignment, pricing, timing).
To send you a booking confirmation email, a reminder on the day of travel, and a thank-you message afterward.
To respond to your questions by phone or WhatsApp.

We don't sell your data

Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It's used only by our own staff to fulfill your booking.

Cookies & local storage

Our site uses your browser's "localStorage" only to remember your chosen language (English/Albanian) — we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

For the map, address search, and distance/price calculation, our site uses Google Maps Platform. Google may set its own cookies according to Google's privacy policy. If you allow "use my location", it is used only to auto-fill your pickup address and is not stored by us.

Data retention

Booking data is kept in our database for accounting and client-history purposes. If you'd like your data deleted, please contact us using the details below.

Terms of Service

Payment is made in cash, at the time of the trip.
Prices shown on the site are estimates; the final price is confirmed by the driver.
Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to a few hours before pickup; call us for details.
Taxi Kruje Albania is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.
